Shine a light
Explore the forest
Cross the stream
Wade the river
Test its depth
Try your strength
Climb to peaks
Breathe thin air
Feel the sun
Watch the clouds
Turn over stones
Peek under rocks
Shout out loud
Swim in the rain
Plunge to the bottom
Leap to the top
Listen to animals
Become one with nature
Leave footprints behind
Take it in
Feel the earth
Heal the soul
Have adventures
