All items purchased from A STRAY LIFE are produced using a print-on-demand service. This means that orders are fulfilled by a third-party vendor. Once an order is placed, it may take the vendor 2-7 days to fulfill the order plus time for shipping. Shipping time is completely dependent on the the courier services chosen by the vendor. A STRAY LIFE has no control over order fulfillment and shipping times. Please note during holidays, fulfillment and shipping times may be longer.
If you have questions regarding the shipping time of an order you placed, please contact me and I may be able to update you as to the status of the order. Once shipped, depending on the courier, I may be able to provide tracking information.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not possible because A STRAY LIFE uses a print-on-demand service. Once an order is placed, a third-party vendor produces each customized item.

If you have placed an order by mistake or need to cancel an order, please contact me immediately. Once an order is placed, it may take the vendor 2-7 days to fulfill the order before shipping. If the vendor has not yet produced the item and it is waiting to be fulfilled, I may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund.
